Select either Album or EP to listen to and buy tracks, or click on icons to find out how to order other releases. The waveform audio player loads a low quality preview of the entire track and will play one minute of the track at any selected point, before fading out. Once faded out, you can continue listening by simply clicking play again. The waveform audio player makes it very easy to listen to any point of the track so you can easily skip through the recording just like you would a record. When you click BUY next to any item, that is then added to Your Order and displayed in the shopping basket. To remove any item from Your Order, just click the RED X next to the track/release name. Once your order is complete you can then CHECKOUT and download your MP3's. When you click CHECKOUT you will be moved to the checkout area. Here you will have to fill in a few personal details and then you will be forwared to Paypal for payment. Once your payment has been successfully processed you will then be sent an email with the links to your purchases. You will be able to download your order as a single zipped file or each track individually. If you have a large order we would recommend using the 'zipped' order option. Remember, if it's the zipped option you choose, you will need to have the right software installed on your computer so you can un-zip them once it is downloaded onto your computer. There's lots of free software (or evaluation versions) that can unzip files - if you're using a PC, then try; FreeZip Zipper WinZip (Free for 21 days) For the Mac infoZIP ZipIt If you can't find what you are looking for, contact merz@merz.co.uk. back to top PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER All payments on merz.co.uk are processed by PayPal.co.uk You can pay using any one of the credit cards below: There are two ways to pay for products using PayPal. One is using your credit card, and the other's using your bank account. 1) Using your credit card. If you pay PayPal using a credit card then once PayPal have successfully charged your card they notify us. This process is almost immediate which means you can go straight to your downloads. This is the method we recommend on Merz shop. 2) Using your checking account. If you choose to pay PayPal directly from your bank account (they call this a PayPal eCheck), then this takes PayPal from 4 to 6 days to collect the money from your bank account. Once they have succesfully collected the money they then notify us. Only then will you have access to download your order. Some people new to PayPal choose the eCheck payment method without understanding the delay it would cause and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process. back to top
